Some Things - Issue #34: Where the magic happens

Some Things | Vol. 34: Where the magic happens
Long before the purity laws of 1516 that enshrined malt, hops and water into beer making law, the Germanic people have been enjoying the world’s most popular alcoholic drink.
And then in the 19th century 3 became 4, with the discovery of yeast - or where the magic happened, as they had previously thought.
In the week that traditionally marks the beginning of the end of Bavaria’s Oktoberfest celebrations, 3 also becomes 4 as we enter the year’s fourth and final quarter with the commencement of October.
Here are some things to help bring some magic to your week:

  2. A window into an endless choice of style via Ronojoy Dam
  3. America’s largest charitable foundation - Graphic design platform Canva gives away billions via AFR
  4. The fashion label that will soon be taking over your television via WWD
  5. Roald, the Champion of the Streaming World? via BBC
  6. Balenciaga partners with Fortnite on in-game & IRL outfits via Hypebeast
