Some Things | Vol. 51: Culture Drives Content

Some Things | Vol. 51: Culture drives content
“You keep going until you get it right. And then you keep going until you can’t get it wrong.”
Just as Netflix’s Cheer coach Monica Aldama from Narvarro College encourages her athletes to support each other as they attempt 51 “full-outs” of their routine - both physically and emotionally - we feel inspired to embrace this narrative to our everyday as we flip, toss and fly through this first month of 2022.
On the back of the success of The One’s Who, we have some exciting Something™ Originals formats in the pipeline.
But in the meantime, here are Some Things that demonstrate how inspiring film can be when you find that perfect balance between Culture, People and Brands:

  1. Nimsdai Purja shows us that there really ain’t no mountain high enough via Netflix
  2. Value Uprising - the dumpster diving climbers who carved out counterculture lifestyle on the Yosemite’s cliffs via Reel Rock
  3. This team of mavericks is turning an establishment of privilege & tradition on its head via Youtube
  4. 78 years old & she squats more than you! via Refinery29
  5. A decade of dedication - The founders of Represent Clo re-trace their steps of building one of the UK’s biggest streetwear brands via Youtube

We’re always on the lookout for like-minded people & brands to collaborate with. Drop us a line & let’s make Something™ happen.
